We all..even us who already stay in the bible need to read it more. You will never get wisdom and understanding with your bible on the table looking good. Yes our whole mission here with each other is to find out just which of us our going to be true to the word of god. So even with all the pit falls of todays world. A true lover of god will find away to love all, cause that is what god wants from us.

You clearly are, but you chose to be passive aggressive about it. Let me give you a hint, if people see through your intention and bring your aggression into the open, then admit it. No one twisted any word of yours. You want us to stop debating “one another” and reach those who “do not know Christ at all”. You are actually saying, as long as someone has at least heard of Christ or proclaim themselves as ones who know Christ or call him Lord, then we are causing division and losing track if we debate with them. In other words, aren’t you saying that as long as anyone call Jesus as Lord then he or she is a REAL Christian and we are not supposed to debate with that person?

I, too, am encouraged and warned by what you said here. Even though I have been writing articles to warn people, I myself need this reminder and powerful testimony from you. Your testimony is very encouraging. The path to heaven has been so long and exhausting for me, especially lately, I feel the heavy heavy weight, and it is tempting to go back to the world and just be done with God.

I said all that to say this…There is NO ONE on this Earth that can convince me that I was Never Saved! No One! I know I was saved and on my way to heaven. Also, I heard over and over from leaders in the church, “you are just struggling” and “don’t question your salvation, I was there when you accepted the Lord and YOU ARE SAVED!” I was even told that I might be out of “relationship” with Jesus, but He would always hold me firm in His hand! This went on for over four years.

But, one day a young guy asked me a question that was like a slap in my face…”if you died, right now, would you go to heaven?” The only verse in the Bible I could think of was 1 Cor. 6:9. I knew that the Bible was VERY CLEAR about people who committed these sins WOULD NOT go to heaven, and I was committing those sins! My first thought was…devil, you are a liar, I am saved! Jesus will NEVER leave me! I am his child! Then, I had to admit that “I” had left Jesus! I had taken my hand off the plow and was not fit for the kingdom! I had lost not only my “relationship” with Jesus…I had lost my salvation…I was trampling on the blood and grace of my savour!

Now I know that some of you will say…”you never were saved to begin with”…YOU ARE WRONG! The Pastor said I was, My heart said I was, Jesus said I was, and the Leaders in my church said I was! I WAS SAVED! Now here is my problem with Once Saved, Always Saved, if I had died during my sinful years, my Pastor, my Friends, my Church Leaders would have all preached me right into heaven. That would have probably given “peace” to my family, but to all my buddies sitting in the funeral service it would have been a “go ahead” to live your life of sin, “Robert live a sinful life and he’s in heaven”. “He accepted Jesus as savour and lord and he is with Him right now in heaven”. That would have been a LIE from the pit of hell! Most people who believe in Once Saved, Always Saved will tell you that you cannot live in sin and go to heaven…but that’s exactly what imply when they come across with the nonsence of drunks and dope addicts and liars going to heaven. Read 1 Cor. 6:9-11. Their ONLY answer is…”they never were saved at all”. Well, I can tell you from my heart…you are MIS-INFORMED! In fact the word of God tell us VERY PLAINLY that in the Last Days MANY will “depart” from the FAITH! They will turn away from the truth!

And as for “we all have to sin every day”…SINNERS DON’T GO TO HEAVEN ! If you are “IN CHRIST” you have been SET FREE from sin! It does not reign in your life any longer! The bondage of sin is BROKEN! Thank God, that’s where I live TODAY! I am AGAIN in the FAMILY of God! I was Lost, but NOW I’m found…I was Blind, but NOW I see. Perseverence of the Saints is a CONSTANT THEME of the Bible, Church Fathers and Jesus. “In Christ” is the KEY! NOT WORKS! GRACE…through FAITH IN JESUS!

We must continue to preach and contend for the truth! I pray that Patrick and Danielle will both find the truth and make it to heaven, and of course ourselves will persereve till the end.
